Sheila Arrington is a seasoned speaker, author, and faith leader with a passion for empowering women to walk boldly in purpose. With over 30 years of experience in leadership, professional development, and ministry, Sheila brings wisdom, authenticity, and a deep commitment to spiritual growth in every message she delivers.

She is the founder and host of the Purposely Designed Women’s Conference and Women Who Brunch with Purpose, two transformational events that challenge and equip women to live intentionally and lead with faith. As the author of the Grace and Grit 90-Day Journal, Sheila helps women strengthen their spiritual foundation while building resilience and clarity.

Sheila holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership along with Bible training and seminary coursework. She actively serves in her local church, leading small groups, overseeing the prayer leadership team, and ministering as needed. She also mentors women through her signature programs, Breaking Free to Soar and The Grace and Grit Study Group.

Whether speaking from the stage or guiding one-on-one, Sheila’s message is clear: you were designed on purpose, for purpose.

Dr. Donneta K. Hale is a visionary cultural engineer, author, filmmaker, and pastor who ignites transformation and unity through creativity, compassion, and faith. She empowers communities to discover purpose and create lasting change through inspired leadership and service.

Alongside her husband, Apostle Ronn Hale II, she pastors The Carpenter’s House Christian Worship Center in Avondale, Arizona, where faith and action converge. Known for her innovative vision and heart for people, Dr. Hale continues to lead with grace and purpose—encouraging others to dream boldly, serve passionately, and transform lives for the Kingdom.

Sharise Erby, Ph.D. is a nationally celebrated nonprofit executive, visionary leader, and passionate servant with more than 35 years of transformational community service. As the Managing Director of Per Scholas Arizona, she leads one of the most innovative tuition-free tech training programs in the country, preparing underrepresented talent for careers in cybersecurity, IT, software engineering, and emerging tech sectors.

Sharise’s journey has spanned healthcare, workforce development, faith-based outreach, and economic empowerment. She is the Founder of the Phenomenal Woman Empowerment Network (PWEN), which has helped over 238 women launch businesses and more than 100 achieve career certifications. Her CJG Scholarship program continues to mentor young women through college and beyond.

She is a recipient of the Titan 100 Top CEO Award, the City of Phoenix MLK “I Have a Dream” Award, and was recently named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Phoenix by Women We Admire. She also holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Humane Letters, honoring her tireless philanthropic impact.

Dr. Tuby Akinlosotu is the daughter of parents who have faithfully served as pastors for over 50 years.  Leadership and service were instilled in her early, shaping her deep love for God and His people. She has served in leadership roles, including youth leadership, and has spoken at women’s conferences and faith-based gatherings for many years. Dr. Tuby believes in the power of prayer and carries a strong gift of intercessory prayer. She has been married for 18 years and is the proud mother of three children.

Professionally, Dr. Tuby is a Business Growth Coach, Empowerment Coach, and Speaker with over 30 years of experience in corporate sales, education, and Industry events. She helps purpose-driven entrepreneurs clarify their message, convert their offers, and turn their God-given purpose into profit—without burnout. Kendra Tillman is a certified life and executive leadership coach, healthy marriage mentor, and published author passionate about helping leaders thrive. As the founder of StrongHer.me Coaching & Consulting, she supports individuals and teams in uncovering their unique strengths to lead with purpose, authenticity, and confidence. Alongside her husband, Kendra co-leads a marriage ministry, equipping couples with Christ-centered tools to strengthen their relationships. She believes leadership begins in our closest relationships and empowers her clients to reduce stress, cultivate authentic relationships, and align their actions with their values in every area of life.

Dr. Tandra Garvin is an entrepreneur and owner of Golden Trinity Healthcare. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with dual board certifications as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC).

With extensive experience spanning bedside care to mentorship, Dr. Garvin emphasizes preventative care and wellness education grounded in her mind, body, and soul philosophy. She specializes in supporting long-term care facilities and group homes, delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

As a passionate educator and patient advocate, Dr. Garvin mentors nursing students through internships and constructive feedback, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to practice confidently. Her commitment extends to advancing the nursing field and assisting small businesses in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring quality healthcare across diverse settings.
