Women Who Brunch with Purpose was truly a meaningful and transformative morning. Watching women encourage one another, give generously, pray together, and serve with open hearts reminded me again that growth happens best in community.
On Tuesday we took all the beautiful clothing and blessings bags to Dress for Success! We are forging a wonderful partnership with them to do more together in the future. Thank you all who made thisevent a great success!

Minister Sheila Arrington is the Founder of Sheila Arrington Ministries™. With over 30 years of experience walking alongside women in seasons of transition, leadership, and healing, Sheila has become known for her ability to blend biblical truth with practical wisdom and authentic storytelling.Her messages are not theoretical. Prophet Kevin Gates | Conference Worship Leader.
Prophet Kevin Lamar Gates is a preacher, worship leader, and national recording artist. Called into ministry at a young age, he has faithfully preached and led worship in churches, conferences, and workshops across the nation. As a recording artist, Prophet Gates has appeared on TBN and The Now Network, reaching millions of homes worldwide. Reverend Amanda Bedzrah | Keynote Speaker
Reverend Amanda Bedzrah is a Bible teacher, international speaker, award-winning author, and the founder and CEO of Empower a Woman Ministries. Her ministry is marked by clarity, compassion, and a deep commitment to seeing people restored and released into God’s purpose for their lives.
Amanda hosts The Empower a Woman talk show on Revelation TV and YouTube, where her honest and faith-filled conversations reach a global audience. She serves as a Trustee of WTC (Westminster Theological Centre) and as a Council Member for Churches in Communities CIC. She also works as a Senior Manager within the National Health Service.
Through Empower a Woman Ministries and its mission arms in Ghana and Nigeria, Amanda leads outreach work that brings practical support and dignity to vulnerable women and families in prisons, orphanages, and marginalized communities.

Sharise Erby | Keynote Speaker
Sharise Erby, Ph.D. is a nationally recognized nonprofit executive and visionary leader with more than 35 years of service advancing workforce development and economic empowerment. As Managing Director of Per Scholas Arizona, she leads a nationally acclaimed, tuition-free tech training program preparing underrepresented talent for careers in cybersecurity, IT, software engineering, and emerging technologies.
She is the Founder of the Phenomenal Woman Empowerment Network (PWEN), which has supported hundreds of women in launching businesses and earning professional certifications. Sharise is a recipient of the Titan 100 Top CEO Award, the City of Phoenix MLK “I Have a Dream” Award, and was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Phoenix by Women We Admire. She holds an honorary Doctorate of Philosophy in Humane Letters in recognition of her philanthropic impact.
A dynamic speaker, ordained pastor, Sharise is known for her faith-centered leadership and commitment to helping others rise. She is the proud mother of two sons and grandmother to seven.

Dr. Donneta K. Hale is a visionary cultural engineer, author, filmmaker, and pastor who ignites transformation and unity through creativity, compassion, and faith. She empowers communities to discover purpose and create lasting change through inspired leadership and service. Alongside her husband, Apostle Ronn Hale II, she pastors The Carpenter’s House Christian Worship Center in Avondale, Arizona, where faith and action converge. Unfortunately, we will not be able to give refunds, but you may contact us (ministry@sheilaarringtonministries.org) to transfer your ticket to someone else.
Are meals included?
Two meals are included in your registration fee – continental breakfast and lunch.
